
Our Rice Bread is a tasty loaf. It can be eaten by some people who have trouble with gluten as there is none in the recipe.
It is not made in a gluten free environment
Ingredients: Rice Flour, buckwheat flour, Tapioca Flour, Sarrasin, Carob, Sugar Beet Fibre, Xanthan Gum, Eggs, Sunflower Oil, Potato Flour, Light muscovado Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast.

I tried the rice bread for the first time as I came across the farmers market in Bristol last Wed. I must the it is the best gluten free I've ever tried. It'll be my loaf from now on. Actually I'm wheat intolerant.
