Topped with Wholemeal kalamata olives, garlic flakes, olive oil, and Ital­ian seasoning (garlic granules, minced onion, basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, white pepper, sesame seeds and sea salt). 

MEXICAN FOCACCIA (400G or 150g) Wholemeal spelt flour (glu­ten), spring water, olive oil, yeast, sea salt. Topped with mature cheddar cheese (milk), refried beans (pinto beans, water, salt, cotton seed vegetable oil, garlic), salsa (tomatoes, tomato paste, onion water, chilli pepper, corian­der leaf, cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano) and jalapeño peppers.

FESTIVE FRUIT BREAD (availble throughout December) - Wholemeal spelt flour (gluten), spring water, raisins, figs, prunes, dates, hazelnuts, marzi­pan (sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, e202), fortified wine (sluphites), sunflower oil, cinnamon, cloves, star aniseed, yeast, and sea salt. Topped with almonds and lightly glazed with maple syrup. 

SPICED FRUIT BUNS - Wholemeal spelt flour (gluten), white spelt flour (gluten), spring water, honey, sunflower oil, eggs, raisins, sultanas, cur­rants, mixed peel (Orange Peel (42%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemon Peel (16%), Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), yeast, sea salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and coriander. Lightly glazed with Ma­ple syrup.

We always use organic spelt and rye flours, sea salt (Celtic sea salt from Portugal ‘Rui Simeāo Tavira Sal’ ), extra virgin olive oil and free range eggs.
